Muta Mashack is the founder and lead attorney of Mashack Law, where he represents employees, professionals, executives, and businesses in employment and contract matters throughout Georgia. His practice focuses on workplace disputes, employment agreements, contract review and negotiation, non-compete matters, business agreements, and strategic workplace counsel.
With more than a decade of experience in Human Resources leadership, workplace compliance, and organizational risk management, Muta brings a unique combination of legal insight and executive-level business experience to every client matter. Prior to practicing law, he worked closely with corporate leadership and legal teams on employee relations issues, workplace investigations, ADA compliance, policy development, pay equity analysis, and complex workplace initiatives.
